Our Services: What we do
Leadership Development Programmes
We offer bespoke Leadership Development programmes that are highly practical and designed to impact the way leaders and managers lead in their everyday work. Every programme is designed to meet the needs and challenges of the particular organisation.
In many organisations people are promoted into leadership and management roles because they have experience in their work area with particular skills and abilities. They then find themselves leading a team of people who do that work without any real training or support in how to lead and manage others. Our leadership development programmes are designed for leaders at different stages in their development to help them excel in leading others and fulfil their potential.

Team Facilitation and Coaching
Team Facilitation
Facilitation is defined as the process of making something possible or easier. It is also defined as helping other people to deal with a process or reach an agreement or solution without getting directly involved in the process or discussion.
Team facilitation concentrates on helping the team work through a specific challenge, process or discussion. As facilitators we ensure the create the right format for discussion and the kind of atmosphere that will foster success, we help the team stay on track, manage disagreement, and ensure that the team achieves its goals for that particular session.
Team Coaching
Team coaching primarily focuses on developing a team's dynamics and healthy functioning so enable high performance. It requires helping the team as a collective, addressing relationships between team members and helping team members grow individually. Team coaching involves a longer term relationship and process, usually over several months.
Executive Coaching and Leadership Coaching
Executive Coaching is a bespoke, highly personalised and in-depth partnership for senior leaders and executives who are ready to move to the next level. Typical outcomes are improving strategic thinking, being able to lead in rapidly changing and uncertain environments, and having the capacity to relate to complex systems and understand their own role in these.
My experience of working with executives is that development is often about personal impact, self-awareness and the ability to work with and through others at a strategic level. Typically people wanting executive coaching already have high skill levels and expertise and to fulfil their potential they require something else. This ‘something else’ is often about the self. We are often unaware of what’s right in front of us, the masks we wear, the habits we’ve formed and the assumptions we make, all of which are so automatic that we no longer realise they’re there. We need a special kind of mirror, not one that shows us how we look on the outside but one which illuminates the inside.
Leadership coaching is for leaders, business owners and professionals who want to be better and more effective. Typical outcomes are leading, coaching and developing others, getting ‘buy in’ and agreement, ways to better engage your team and colleagues, how to deal with challenging working relationships, strategies to create behavioural change, understanding how your own communication style is impacting success
